Personal Energy Design* Evaluation

The PED* Evaluation will result in a customized energization program that will equip both you and the PA consultant/coach with the knowledge and tools to enhance the quality, longevity and creativity of your life. The initial session lasts about 90 minutes and includes a questionnaire or phone consult to understand the energy blockage and begin designing a Personal Energy plan that fits the demands of your needs and schedule.
