
Jason Hollis
Creative Producer / Consultant / StrategistAs a creative producer, coach and consultant with over ten years experience in personal, creative and artist development, Jason Hollis has honed in a cutting edge style and visionary approach over a career of producing, marketing, imaging and branding. Developing his own unique process called Creative Entertainment Development which he labels as “the new school artist development platform”. Hollis has worked with some of today's hottest talent and high profile movers and shakers.
Jason got his start in the Louisiana, Nashville and Colorado music scenes, producing and developing such notable acts as Rose Hill Drive, Hue, Another Big Machine and Hemi Cuda as well as being part of the team that brought Grammy nominated artists The Fray to Epic Records. Moving to Los Angeles in 2005 Hollis brought with him The Pink Spiders, a Nashville based band he had been developing over the past year. After a Billboard Magazine noted “bicoastal bidding war” he signed the band to Geffen Records and worked with them throughout their debut album Teenage Graffiti.
From emerging talent and designer fashion lines to multi-platinum Grammy winning artists, producers and engineers Hollis has his finger on the pulse of creative energy and personal development with a clear message of driving others to a higher level of effort.

Warren Riker
Producer / Mixing Engineer / Song Writer / ProgrammerWith 3 Grammys (The Fugees, Lauryn Hill and Santana) under his belt, Warren Riker credits over 50 million albums sold containing his work as mixer, engineer and producer. His love for versatile music makes it impossible to put him in one category, but these days he likes to produce rock, do mixes and remixes for pop and urban artists and also finds time to program and co-write songs for film, TV and games.
From working Destiny’s Child, Nas and Michael Jackson to Down, Sublime and Crowbar, Warren has worked with the biggest names in music. Warren Riker has finger on the beat of developing some of the industries most notable new talents such as Citizen Cope, Supercreep, Esthero and The Upwelling, and is now bringing his signature creative energy, experience and knowledge to Punk Aristocrats in hopes to share his twenty years+ insight as well as inspire a new generation of producers.

Kent Hertz
Music Producer / EngineerKent Hertz’s myriad abilities as a co-writer, producer, and engineer have made the multi-faceted producer a highly sought-after resource in the music business. Garnering industry-wide praise for both his professional and personal devotion to his artists, Hertz’s unyielding love for rock and roll has led to collaborations with rock and roll legends, as well as some of today's biggest artists. Cutting his teeth in renown studios such as Miami's Hit Factory and Masterfonics in Nashville, Hertz’s noticeable production talents were soon in high-demand. Teaming up with Fugees front-woman Lauren Hill, Missy Elliott, Enrique Iglesias, and others, Hertz’s first projects saw the producer working one-on-one with these artists on upcoming major-label releases.
In 2008 the producer began work with rock icon Steve Miller. Recording at the musician's private studio, Hertz and Miller—along with producer Andy Johns (Led Zeppelin, Rolling Stones, Van Halen)—recently wrapped up production for Miller's forthcoming album due out later this year.
